To take oneself seriously at work (or not)?

Article6-BoldType.jpg

How about differentiating between "being serious" and "taking oneself seriously" 🤓

Or rather, even better: ⠀

AND WHAT IF we took the best of these two (distinct) concepts and applied them in order to communicate better? 👍

You have to take yourself seriously, yes, in the sense that you have to have confidence in yourself and your abilities. Without that, it is impossible to find one's place and legitimacy. But where it gets technical is that "taking yourself seriously" doesn't necessarily mean that it is forbidden to be in a good mood. All you have to do is immerse yourself in other cultures to discover this! Studies even prove that you learn better by having fun 😉

As long as there is respect, it is therefore entirely possible to be serious 📂, motivated 🙋et efficient 💪... while keeping a smile on your face.⠀

Let's change the model, let's be bold! #BeBold⠀
